**Minimum Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Relevant Experience**
- A recognised teaching qualification.
- ** At least 7 years’ teaching experience**, preferably at the preparatory level.
- Demonstrated experience in learner support and pastoral care.
- Strong understanding of digital citizenship and online safety in a school context.
- Experience in mentoring or supervising interns or student teachers.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Postgraduate training or courses in counselling, inclusive education or educational technology.
- Experience in boys’ education and/or a preparatory school context.
- A collaborative and empathetic approach to working with learners, staff and families.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

**Student Care**
- Provide pastoral support and guidance to learners.
- Promote emotional, social and academic well-being in collaboration with staff and parents.
- Implement strategies and programmes to build resilience, belonging and positive behaviour.

**Digital Citizenship**
- Develop and deliver age-appropriate programmes on safe, responsible and ethical digital use.
- Support staff and learners in integrating digital literacy into the curriculum.
- Stay updated on online safety issues and best practices.

**Internship Programme**
- Coordinate the placement, induction and mentorship of school interns.
- Provide guidance and support to interns in their professional development.
- Foster a culture of learning, accountability and collaboration.
