- Multitasking and Prioritization:

- Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries, quote requests, and sales opportunities.
- Maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and customer demands.
- Quote Management:

- Receive and process customer requests for quotes, accurately capturing product details, pricing information, and delivery preferences.
- Keep meticulous records of customer inquiries and quote requests, ensuring all details are documented for follow-up and reference.
- Sales Support:

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs and preferences.
- Assist with order processing, including entering orders into the system, coordinating product availability and delivery schedules, and following up on order status.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and address any concerns or issues.
- Communication and Organization:

- Maintain organized records of all customer communications, quotes, and sales transactions, utilizing digital tools for efficient access and retrieval.
- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and well-stocked to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer inquiries and transactions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
