**Responsibilities**:

- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Ensuring electrical safety standards are met.
- Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
- Server support and maintenance (both online and offline).
- Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
- Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
- Implementation and maintenance of firewalls.
- Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
- Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
- Conducting daily backup operations.
- Managing technical documentation.
- Setting up and maintaining of printers.

Skills and Requirements:

- IT-related qualification
- A+, N+, MCSE certification
- Basic knowledge of server 2008, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS
- Network printer knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and day-to-day software
- 5-8 Years’ experience in a similar role with evidence of work in environment with more than 20 machines
