VKB Milling (Pty) Ltd operates white maize mills in Mokopane and Louis Trichardt in Limpopo, and Mashishing in Mpumalanga, as well as a wheat mill and bakery in Frankfort in the Free State.

To technically evaluate and assist Customers in the Bakery sector/channels to maximise their output on the baking process, using our Flour or premix.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum 5-8 years in Baking Channels?
- Sales and marketing management
- Budget planning and execution
- Code 8 drivers’ license

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Achieve set call cycle within a given timeline.
- Understand customer base in set geographical area within an agreed internal travel budget.
- Agree call cycle with relevant bakeries & Management.
- Monitor and report on call cycle findings.
- Successful resolutions on baking faults
- Analyse all areas of the baking chain in specific bakeries to understand where the process went wrong (root cause analyses)
- Suggest improvement/corrective action to the relevant Bakery staff/management.
- Follow up on suggested improvements and report back to Bakery Management.
- Monthly Feedback report: Report on findings at Bakery level and areas of improvement required on flour output
- Sales vs. budget achievement, Costs vs. budget (KMs travelled etc.), New business development status.
