**Location**: Western-Cape (Remote), Head-Office in Pretoria, Gauteng.

**About the Role**: We are on the lookout for dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives / Agents to join our security team. Your mission will be to generate new business by securing Security Contracts (short and long-term), building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth within the Western Cape Region.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**Sales & Client Relationship Management**
- Identify and target potential clients across various industries, including security companies, retailers, dealers, and more.
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored security solutions.

**Product Knowledge**
- Develop a deep understanding of the security services provided by Emerald Risk Solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitive products to offer informed recommendations.

**Sales Strategy & Goal Achievement**
- Implement sales strategies and tactics to meet targets and expand market share.
- Collaborate with management to set and achieve sales goals that contribute to the company's growth.

**Market Research & Analysis**
- Conduct regular market research to identify leads, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and refine strategies.

**Customer Service Excellence**
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. (This may mean escalating to the relevant team to address)
- Ensure excellent after-sales support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Compliance & Regulations**
- Stay informed about local and national PSIRA Security Regulations and Guidelines.
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal requirements and ethical standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the Security industry.
- Strong passion for security-related services with a solid understanding of industry terminology and technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the local security market and industry trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe PDF.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
