**Internal Sales Team Management**:
Ø **Team Performance**: Monitor and control sales team performance, providing guidance and support.

Ø **Sales Forecasting**: Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts.

Ø **Budget Management**: Manage and maintain sales budgets, ensuring targets are met.

Ø **Staff/Product Training** : Oversee staff training and product knowledge development.

**External Sales Representative**:
Ø **Customer Relationships**: Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Ø **Sales Targets**: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Ø **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on product range and demonstrate products to customers.

Ø **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Ø **Sales Proposals**: Prepare and present sales proposals to customers, highlighting product benefits and value-added solutions.

Ø **Customer Issue Resolution**: Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Ø **Sales Data Analysis**: Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Ø **Competitor Analysis**: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences to stay competitive.

Ø **Commission**: 10% commission on Gross Profit (GP) earned on sales

**Coordination and Collaboration from Internal Sales**:
Ø **Draughtsman and External Sales Team**: Coordinate with draughtsman and external sales team as necessary.

Ø **HR Collaboration**: Work with HR to guide, reward, and discipline staff.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
Ø **Management Designated Duties**: Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Ø **Project Oversight**: Oversee projects until completion.
