Internal IT Support

To manage all internal related IT matters for successful support to the client (all internal staff) and to establish and improve internal IT services, strategy, and processes.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Ensure inhouse IT support services, reliability, and management of all internal issues.
- Ensure the ongoing development, management, and implementation of in-house ICT and Security policies.
- Drive MS Teams and other tools adoption.
- Driving of internal IT strategy.
- Awareness of various software licensing.
- Managing and assisting sales department with the Munsoft Partner Programme.
- Project management of internal IT projects with proactive involvement between client and technical teams.
- Accountable for planning and successful implementation of ad hoc IT infrastructure deployments.
- Provide client with regular status updates through effective and sufficient communication.
- Maintain a high degree of communication between various departments.
**Skills and Attributes Required**:
- Be 100% client-centric with focus on creating the best experience for the client (internal staff) and to keep the client satisfied.
- Good understanding of IT sector procedures and policies applicable to the ICT environment.
- Excellent people management skills with emphasis on leadership techniques.
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills and ability to prioritise.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management skills, specifically to deliver ICT projects.
- Budgeting.
- Ability to understand complex infrastructure problems and solutions, and to communicate problems and solutions across technical, and non-technical departments.
- Previous exposure to the following various technologies including the following platforms (Microsoft Server and licensing, enterprise server and storage, LAN, and WAN networking, Firewalling and Security, Messaging, Backup platforms)
**Certifications and Qualifications**:
- A minimum of the following certification and/or qualifications or equivalent proven experience is required:
- Tertiary qualification in ICT or studying of same.
- Service management certification such as ITILv3/v4 Foundation
- Management course
- Not required, but recommended technology certification
- VMWare Certified Professional;
- VEEAM Certified;
- MCSA/MCSE in Server Infrastructure
- Redstor
- Mac certification and/or experience
