**Qualifications**:
Matric

Diploma / Certificate Secretarial

Secretarial experience (3 - 4 years working experience as a secretary)

Highly Computer Literacy - MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) &
Own transport essential

**Skills**:
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English) with good communication and interpersonal skills (public relations)

Telephone Etiquette

Office Administration skills

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Customer service attitude

Self-motivated and results driven

Professional personal presentation

Ability to multi-task

Ability to work under pressure

Must be someone who is bubbly, humorous and pleasant

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
