Experience
- Led product development across web and mobile, ideally in streaming, content platforms, or social products
- Background in tech or engineering — ideally has coded before
- Deep familiarity with Agile — owns sprint cycles, retros, and delivery
- Worked on products with high user volume and real-time content delivery

**Skills**:

- Data and revenue-driven — uses tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA to guide decisions
- Focused on improving conversion funnels, user onboarding, and monetization strategies
- Strong grasp of gamification mechanics to drive engagement and retention
- Clear communicator, decisive planner, and confident running Agile sprint cycles
- Familiar with Figma, Jira, Slack — experienced optimizing UX for business outcomes
