- Manage the performance of CIT Providers including CIT staff, dedicated services and shared services
- Ensure efficient communication and implementation of procedures
- Attend regular meetings
- both online and offsite to address issues at hand
- Conduct branch audits to ensure compliance
- Create, update, maintain and analyse performance reports with the view of improvement. This should include all performance indicators.
- Handles all CIT providers escalations i.e. both internally and externally
- Stay abreast of all industry standards and changes
- Calculate, review and improve all penalty metrics
- Negotiate pricing and procedural efficiencies to improve overall ATM availability
- Ensure all CIT providers staff are adequately trained
- Ensure that all SARB requirements are met
- Ensure that all crime related cash is reconciled with agreed time frames
- Assist with all crime related incidents to ensure recovery of funds where applicable
- Involvement in all new project implementations affecting CIT providers
- Ensures that CIT providers are ready to service all newly installed CIT ATMs
- Efficient cost control processes including overtime, extra mileage and ad hoc requests
- Ensure that all CIT billing is in line with contractual agreements
- Attending industry related conferences
- Sites visits with CIT providers to resolve any discrepancies
- Support reconciliation investigations to ensure that each ATM is balanced and reconciled using NCR Atleos reconciliation methodologies
