**Duties**

Direct management of academic operations (admissions, assessments, certification and examinations,learnerships etc) and overseeing the management of academic operations including TVET and SETA programmes.

1. Contribute to the development of a strategic plan and budget for the College

2. Implement marketing strategies and budget.

3. Meeting marketing targets and revenue targets set

4. Strategic input for faculty and programme development

5. Managing the delivery of training and development programs

6. Update and ensure all accreditations with various bodies are in place

7. Governance policies and processes

8. Management and support of academic operations

9. Management of assessments and moderations

10. Produce, amend and revise training materials

11. Academic year planning

12. Oversee Registration, Assessment, Certification, Graduation, Assessment processes and Project Reporting

13. Oversee Learner management system

14. Academic leadership and quality assurance of programmes and programme management

15. Annual staff performance assessments

**Salary**: R50.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- TVET or SETA: 3 years (required)
