We have a vacancy for a reservationist / Junior co-ordinator

Conference centre with accommodation in Midrand looking for an experienced reservationist to join our team.
- Must know OTA systems
- Apex/HTI knowledge a huge plus/must
- Basic event co-ordination knowledge
- Virtual card payment knowledge
- You will be responsible for handling all reservations for a 77 roomed property
- Handle reservations and make regular bookings.
- Ensure that profiles of arriving guests are updated on the system.
- Manage channel managers and property management systems
- Ensure that confirmations of bookings are completed and sent out promptly.
- Respond to initial enquiries and requests.
- Liaise with departments and provide updates on arrivals, groups, special requests and functions.
- Ensure Proforma Invoices are sent out in time to guests and Agents.
- Follow up with guests on payment of Invoices.
- Previous hotel-related experience

Salary R12-13k CTC plus incentive if target is reach. No medical, No Prov/Pen Fund

Pay: R10 000,00 - R13 000,00 per month
