**A LITTLE ABOUT ADP**:
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
Prepare and deliver training content aligned to current payroll legislation and system changes for Associates.

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT ON A TYPICAL DAY**:

- Communicate product and legislation changes to associates accordingly
- Create platforms on which to engage associates on legislation and product queries
- Manage product updates through the development of communication plans, effective liaise with relevant parties, testing of new software releases and assess the impact of updates on ADP SA payrolls and associates
- Create and update process guides for system use as well as update the standard companies with any legislation or software change
- Assist with client offboarding including purging of information and tax year end procedures including upliftment
- Address client escalations with regards to legislation and product issues
- Process a number of payrolls in order to identify system issues and understand the day-to-day challenges that Associates experience, thereby informing the development and execution of training interventions
- Process complex payrolls by understanding client needs and plan accordingly
- Coach new Associates through constant monitoring and evaluation during probation period
- Execute business continuity plans effectively and timeously
- Be involved in maintaining any business process improvements as and when rolled out

**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE**:

- You must have a finance (payroll) / human resource qualification or experience Experience
- 5+ years payroll (preferable Sage300 and/or VIP Premier) or HRIS experience
- Comprehensive Knowledge of SA payroll tax legislation
- Basic Knowledge of SA labour legislation
- Presentation Skills
- Advanced Communication Skills
- Confident
- Emotional Intelligence

**BONUS POINTS FOR THESE**:

- Experience in a Payroll Outsourcing environment will be advantageous
- Knowledge of other African countries payroll tax legislation will be advantageous

Salary Range: Market-related.
