**What we are looking for**: Digital Account Manager to join this great team.

**Who are we looking for**:
As a Digital Account Manager at OTT, your goal will be to work with our partners to support their B2B sales and marketing goals using the OTT product training and marketing platform. Some of their goals may include better product and brand awareness within the travel industry and a more streamlined B2B sales and marketing process.
Your role will be extremely important for customer success, satisfaction and ultimately customer retention.

**What will you do**:
As the Digital Account Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

- Building long term and positive relationships with your clients within the travel industry - this will include country tourist boards, airline and attraction sales and marketing managers etc.
- Working to investigate and understand each client’s specific requirements and goals.
- Scope and manage product training courses and the related digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement with that course.
- Present to partners showcasing the platforms capabilities
- Prepare and present reports to clients with the confidence to provide relevant content for the data, answer questions and make recommendations.

**What do you need**:
Whether you call yourself a Digital Account Manager / Marketing Account Manager / Account Executive or similar, we don’t mind, your CV just needs to demonstrate:

- Min 3 years experience as Digital / Marketing Account Manager
- Consultative approach to understanding clients and building relationships
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
- Managing multiple projects across multiple clients.
- Able to utilise audience data/insight to demonstrate ROI
- Production planning and monitoring
- Collating and delivering quarterly/annual reports for clients
- Spotting opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Digging into Analytics for opportunities and wins for client
- Good face-to-Face meeting and experience
- Account admin including assisting finance and operations by documenting and updating budget, timelines, requirements etc.
