**OPPORTUNITY**
You will be joining a team of enthusiastic practitioners, who across sectoral domains focuses on four core aspects:
1. **Project Management**: plan, allocate resources, manage budgets, monitor progress in line with project milestones, manage and problem-solve day-to-day activities, effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders through monthly reporting ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. **People Management**: internal and external resources allocated to projects should be appropriately skilled and monitored for compliance adherence against Omni’s QMS and delivered in line with SETA, SAQA and QCTO regulations to ensure the credibility of our accreditation status.
3. **Self-Management**: the successful incumbent needs to operate and maintain the knowledge, skills, and attributes of an ETD practitioner, as it relates to Facilitation, Assessment & Moderation Practices as well as Coaching & Learner Support.
4. **Digital & Ed-Tech**: a keen adopter of digitisation and educational technologies to ensure efficiencies and optimisation for project and client relationship management as well as delivery and monitoring of learning solutions.
**JOB PROFILE**:
**Project Planning & Initiation**:
- Create project plan for every new project that is tabled.
- Discuss project plan with client and amend as required in need.
- Constantly review and improve existing project plans for on-going projects.
- Develop Training and Assessment plans as per client specifications and ensure sign-off for implementation.
- Manage creation of Project channel on inception
- Manage project channel and a means for team collaboration and reporting.
- Project resource planning - Allocation and engagement
- Brief resources on the project scope, implementation, and compliance requirements
- Arrange, facilitate, and book Train-the-Trainer for resources to support project deliverables.
- Book Quality Assurance schedule for resource allocations to new projects implemented.
- Ensure all the necessary project resources, systems and processes are in place for project launch and implementation.
**Project Management (Milestones)**
- Manage the day to day / weekly / monthly project milestones with internal and external resources.
- Manage project compliance aligned to Service Level Agreement deliverables.
- Pro-actively manage project deliverables and compliance aligned to project milestones and performance requirements.
- Manage overall compliance of project implementation in line with OMNI’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Accreditation requirements.
- Manage all resources for project against SLA and performance requirements.
- Manage and ensure high quality, accurate and timely monthly reporting requirements.
- Qualityassure work delivered and performance of all project resources.
- Check, verify, approve, and sign off monthly invoices submitted by IC’s.
- Prepare and submit monthly project /reports to clients, inclusive of Client Relationship Manager
**Project Monthly Reporting**
- Directing resources to gather data from Independent Contractors/Resources and manage project resources to deliver upon reporting requirements.
- Review and sign off compiled month end reporting.
- Submit monthly reporting to client.
- Manage and escalate project risks to ETD Delivery Manager and Client Relationship Manager
**Client Relationship Management**
- Pro-actively own the client relationship in the context of project management
- Conduct regular site visits to manage and monitor health checks
- Manage project check in meetings with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Cross-sell and upsell OMNI products and services during client engagements
- Engage and manage project risks, escalating where needed
- Pro-actively intervene and resolve any and all client queries and problems
**Quality Assurance, Risk and Compliance**
- Overall accountable for ensuring that all projects implemented adhere to OMNI’s quality assurance, risk and compliance policies and procedures as defined in OMNI’s Quality Management System (QMS)
**Project Management through Digitisation and Ed-Technology**
**OMNI Resource Scheduler**
- Overall responsible for the implementation and use of the OMNI Resource Scheduler (ORS)
**ZOHO**
- Make effective use of and optimise ZOHO, OMNI’s Client Relationship Manager tool.
- Manage client engagements and communication is captured to ZOHO by making use of the BCC functionality.
