As a Sales Consultant, you are at the forefront of our company's revenue generation efforts, responsible for selling SaaS subscriptions through proactive engagement with potential clients across international markets, including the UK and US. Your role involves making a high volume of outbound calls using a dialer, articulating the product's value proposition, and closing sales deals. You will work in shifts to accommodate the business hours of different markets, ensuring maximum reach and effectiveness. Additionally, you'll assist customers with key activities in their lifecycle, such as registrations, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients in international markets, including the UK and US, using a dialer system to meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.
- Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value of our SaaS subscriptions to prospects.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of call activities, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer feedback, and product features to help in product development and marketing strategies.
- Attend regular training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Assist customers with key activities in the customer lifecycle, such as registrations, to ensure a smooth and satisfactory onboarding experience.
Collaborate with the sales support staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and resolution of any issues.
- At least 3 years of telephone sales experience is a must, with a preference for those experienced in selling subscription-based services.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-performing, dynamic sales environment.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and technology, including dialer platforms.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales opportunities.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work in different shifts.
