**Role Purpose**
Utilise actuarial skills to assist the business to price and monitor all the Multiply products/solutions and partners and understand the shared value generated by wellness and partners.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science
- Honours degree in Actuarial Science (preferred)
- Actuarial student (essential)
- Good progress in actuarial exams (essential)
- 4 years’ actuarial experience within the financial services industry (essential)
- Understanding of Wellness and Rewards Programs (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office (including Advanced Excel)
- Proficient in SQL
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Maintain the actuarial and pricing models to support the ongoing financial management, forecasting, budgeting and analysis of variance, of the various products/solutions.
- Perform pricing and financial modelling to assess the financial impact of wellness and partner solutions.
- Perform detailed membership and revenue projections for the various products/solutions.
- Build and maintain models to form a detailed understanding of the attributes of a Multiply client including, but not limited to, life expectancy, persistency, buying behaviour and health and wellness behaviour.
- Provide input into the product development process for wellness and partner solutions.
- Assist in establishing processes to measure the impact of Multiply on client behaviour and health/scheme claims and profitability.
- Assist in preparing the required pricing and actuarial reports and insights for key stakeholders across the business.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver on service level agreements applicable to clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed.
- Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility.
- Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.
- Continuously monitor turnaround times and quality standards and resolve issues speedily to enhance client service delivery.
- Drive client service delivery goal achievement in line with predefined standards in order to ensure that clients receive appropriate advice and after sales service.
- Manage client query processes and ensure that queries are tracked, accurately resolved and used as a mechanism to improve client service and business processes.
- Build strong relationships through providing specialist know-how and leadership to others, expressing positive expectations.
- Positively influence and manage change and offer specialist support where required.
- Contribute to continuous innovation through the development, sharing and implementation of new ideas and involvement of colleagues and staff.
