Our client is looking for a Site Installation Project Manager who is responsible for the installation of new and existing sites at below-market-related rates and on time. This position will work closely with sales, development, and Vspec (and/or other contractors) to ensure that all projects are completed successfully. The Site Installation Project Manager will also be responsible for identifying new sites and managing the budget, timeline, and quality of all projects.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Install sites at below market-related rates and on time.
- Communicate with sales, development, and Vspec on multiple factors, most importantly sales.
- Go to site inspections.
- Report all concerns about new sites to the MD.
- Run projects via Vspec. (Vspec will be one of many suppliers.)
- Run projects independently, A-Z—Turnkey, or via multiple contractors.
- Oversee all projects, budget tracking, timeline, quality, etc.
- Megan will handle LED and Its suppliers; you will handle all the rest.
- Consistently Source new contractors.
- Engaging with the industry to find new suppliers.
- Assisting developers in assessing site feasibility before signing the landlord. Including essential site inspections. We must manage this to ensure the developers do not take advantage of this.
- When the projects are running low, assist in identifying sites. Both new and upgraded.

**Compensation**:

- Low Basic, High Commissions
- Commission for projects run by yourself
- Additional Sales and identifying Bonuses
- Basic Salary R25k depending on experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of outdoor advertising
- Technical background (Most importantly able to read engineer drawings)
- Time management and sense of urgency
- Communication
- 5+ years of experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Own a reliable vehicle

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
