The installation of earthing and lightning protection systems on contracts allocated to you, including trenching.

Adhere to the Company's dress code on site, including safety clothing and equipment as per the MOS Act Safety Regulations and other Company safety regulations.

Tools to be maintained in good working condition.

Responsible for any lost tools:
a. I hereby specifically record and agree that I will be held liable and responsible for any materials, tools, equipment, etc. entrusted to me by the Company which I have lost or damaged due to intentional behaviour or negligence. I further agree and record that I shall also be held jointly liable and responsible with my fellow team members for any materials, tools, equipment, etc. that may be lost or damaged which have been entrusted to the work team of which I am a member in the event that a specific team member is not personally held responsible and liable due to lack or proof of guilt.

b. In the above mentioned circumstances, I agree and authorise the Company to deduct an amount of not more than one-third of my nett salary on a monthly basis from my salary whether on a joint or several basis until such time that the reasonable repair/replacement costs have been satisfied.

c. I specifically record, understand and accept that the purpose of the exercise of joint responsibility and liability of the employees by the Company, is to minimize losses/damages to Company equipment of any nature in instances where all members of a work team deny responsibility or liability or is jointly found guilty, responsible and liable, and I accept such provision to be fair and justifiable in light of the ever present negligent loss/damage to Company equipment of any nature.

d. I herewith specifically further agree and authorise the Company that in the event of my resignation or dismissal for any reason whatsoever, to deduct the entire amount for which I will be held responsible in respect of loss of or damage to Company equipment of any nature due to my negligence and/or any other amounts of whatsoever nature owing by me to the Company, including loans, from my final salary and outstanding leave pay, commissions and bonus payments.

e. I also agree and record that notwithstanding that monies may be deducted from my salary as aforestated, that disciplinary steps may also be taken against me should I personally have been found guilty and responsible and liable for the contemplated losses/damages.
- Any misuse by others, or loss of tools/equipment etc, to be reported to Supervisor.
- When communicating with clients, treat them and their property with respect. If complaints are received this will result in a Disciplinary Hearing.
- Report any damages to roof tiles, sewerage pipes or any other damage which may have occurred on site immediately to your Supervisor.
- Clean ground around poles and earth termination points on completed sites.
- Report damage to property to your Supervisor.
- Strict timekeeping as per Company policy.
- Report all accidents and injuries to your Supervisor.
- Give exact details of overtime worked to your Supervisor.
- Accountable to your Supervisor.
- All workmanship and quality of work to be to Company standards.
- You are to perform any function required of you, provided you are physically capable of performing that task/ function and it is not in contravention of any law or safety act.
- And all other matters regarding the smooth and efficient execution of the Company contracts not mentioned above but in the interests of the productivity of your team, turnover targets, etc.

**Salary**: R4,500.00 - R6,000.00 per month
