**About our client.** We are a UK based recruitment company which is 5 star rated on Google and Trustpilot. Our innovative recruitment solution makes us an ideal option for companies looking for an alternative hiring solution. Well into our 6th year of trading, we have now built an international team, split across the UK and South Africa. In total, we are pushing towards 30 members of staff and have worked with over 1000 clients in the UK.

**About the role.** Although this role is for a recruitment company, the main skills we are looking for is Account Management, specifically we need an Account Manager with a strong understanding of the IT/Tech sectors. This role is all about Account management. It's all about being proactive, tackling problems head on and not shying away from difficult conversations. You will need to build strong rapport with every client, ensuring the success of every campaign you look after. The recruitment aspect of the job we can train. Although you will jump to the front of the queue if you have strong recruitment experience.

**Day to day duties will include**:

- Keeping in touch with clients regularly
- Liaising with the UK resourcing team
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Arranging interviews
- Negotiating salaries
- Generating repeat business through fantastic account management

**About you.**
- First of all you are going to have strong account management or recruitment experience - No less than 3 years experience.
- You will also be able to prove a strong understanding of the IT/Tech space.
- You will be a great problem solver
- Building rapport and relationships will come naturally to you
- You will be easy to train, pick things up quickly and won’t make the same mistake twice.
- You will love speaking with clients and winning and ‘hitting target’ will be what drives you

**About the package on offer.**
- Starting salary of R20,000 - R30,000 depending on experience.
- Additional commission of approx R5,000 to R10,000 per month
- Additional Monthly bonus available.
- 20 days holiday + UK bank holidays off
- Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm (UK time)
- Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm (UK time).
