**Job Description**:
+ An experienced user in Autodesk Revit Software (Buildings) or Bentley Open Buildings who can model and produce drawings with limited supervision

+ Checks and coordinates project BIM models and deliverables to ensure they meet Client requirements and Industry Standards and project BIM Execution Plan

+ Checks the completeness & accuracy of your work before review by the Senior Engineer or designated senior team member.

+ Follow coordination strategy and reporting using Navisworks and other coordination software and supports the team through the delivery phase

+ Adopts creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks, undertakes appropriate research, and develops documentation to support these solutions

+ Assist with the management and coordination of all in-coming and out-going model and drawing information.

+ Manages projects in BIM360

+ Organizes own and others work to achieve set deadlines

+ Keeps abreast of the latest software/ techniques to increase productivity

**Qualifications**:
+ Minimum 5 years’ experience of relevant Revit modelling

+ BIM Qualification / Diploma / bachelor’s degree in civil / Structural Engineering

+ Understanding of the design process and interfaces between design disciplines

+ Computational skills - Dynamo / Grasshopper / Python

+ Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk BIM 360, Navisworks, presentation software and working on projects in a BIM environment

+ Develops BIM content based on BIM modelling standards and as outlined in BEP

+ Knowledge of Industry BIM standards, processes, and general approaches

+ Knowledge to set up the configuration and administration of projects for respective discipline in Revit and AutoCAD

+ Technical knowledge of concrete, steelwork, and reinforcement 3D modelling

+ Ability to fulfil all the above duties and responsibilities

+ Good technical knowledge of practice line discipline

+ Ability to work on multiple projects at once
