My client, a well established concern within the agricultural industry is seeking to employ a Debtors Coordinator with 1 - 2 years experience and a relevant Financial qualification

**Experience and qualifications**:
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a financial or administrative role.
**Key skills**:
- Strong Financially inclined
- Good Excel skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work very accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work with high volumes
**Responsibilities**:
- Sending Debtors statements.
- Reconciliations of Debtors accounts.
- Daily bank reconciliation.
- Load and allocate payment received on system.
- Follow-up of payments with Debtors.
- Communication with internal departments about accounts receivable.
- Forwarding of Nedbank reports for financing.
- Ad hoc inquiries with debtors
