The Associate, Private Capital Solutions is responsible for aggregation and reporting of underlying portfolio company investments of private capital investment partnerships as well as help drive quality, efficiency and projects within the dataset. Data is compiled by the examination and analysis of direct fund manager reporting and other sources.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Manage workflow and evaluate staff Organize and administer training
- Lead special projects
- Detailed review and analysis of private capital partnership financial statements to accurately identify underlying investments and associated fundamentals
- Become familiar with a wide variety of methodologies of fund manager reporting on fundamentals and their associated periods
- Perform audit and other quality control functions for the dataset
- Effectively communicate details of fundamentals entry in response to client-directed questions and requests
- DSQ resolution; Handle time sensitive request from clients
- Mentor (work one on one with Junior Researchers)
- Perform proofing/checking
- QC team support member
**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**
- All BCom/Business degrees considered, as long as proven interest in finance exists
- Familiarity with Balance sheet accounting
- Keyboarding experience with records, databases, accounting or other business related areas that require stringent deadlines, accuracy and organization
- Proficiency in writing and speaking in English
- Detail oriented analytical mindset
- 2+ Years experience in Financial Data Analyst role
