**PRODUCT AND LEAD MANAGER**
Our client is seeking a Product and Lead Manager to join their team
**Job purpose**:
As a Product and Lead Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the management of financial products and services that cater to our customers’ unique requirements, but also in identifying and nurturing potential customers, driving sales growth, and improving our overall customer acquisition and retention strategies. Leveraging your expertise, you will bring fresh insights and a customer-centric approach to our financial products. This position will require you to work collaboratively with various departments across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**

** Product Strategy**: Develop and refine the product strategy, aligning it with market trends, customer needs, and
the company’s goals.

**Market Research**:Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and assess the competitive landscape, drawing on your knowledge of consumer behaviour and preferences.

** Product Development**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and package innovative financial products and services.

**CRM Utilization**: Leverage CRM systems and automation tools to develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to engage leads through various touchpoints, converting them into sales-ready prospects.

**Product Lifecycle Management**: Optimize product performance and profitability.

**Performance Analysis**: Continuously monitor the performance of existing products, utilizing data-driven insights to
make data-driven decisions and improvements.
9.
**Regulatory Compliance**: Stay informed about the regulatory environment in the financial services sector and ensure that
all products meet compliance standards.

**Budget Management**: Effectively manage the budget allocated to product development and maintenance.
**Minimum Requirements**
Matric
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
**Experience**
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the financial services or retail sectors with a proven track record of launching and managing successful products.
Proven experience in lead management and customer acquisition Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
**Competencies**
Customer-Centric Mindset A deep understanding of customer needs and preferences with
the ability to translate them into product strategies and features. Strong understanding of
retail industry dynamics, customer behaviour, and market trends.
Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the financial services and/or retail industry, including trends and regulatory requirement
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Project Management Experience: Working closely with the IT and Project Management
Teams to deliver products and features in accordance with agreed roadmaps.
Must possess a good understanding capability for interpreting client’s needs.
Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt
to change within a fast-paced business environment
Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with clients
