**Main purpose of the job**

**Systems Integration**
- Primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting existing integrations and providing technical support
- Develop metrics and KPIs for integration activities continuous improvement
- Identify gaps in process and tooling for integration development through QA/ deployment and operational support of the integration
- Lead solution design leadership in working with business and technology delivery teams proactively, and on an as needed basis, through other platform, relationship, and development managers
- Contribute to the thought leadership, strategic vision and evolution of our client's integration platforms leveraging them through various architectures, designs, patterns implementations, and lifecycle management offerings
- Ensure that technical solutions are designed, installed and tested in a manner that meets the needs of the organization in a reliable and maintainable fashion
- Ensure that all solutions follow security, compliance controls, and conformance to IT security policies
- Responsible for all monitoring, escalations, design/estimation processes for various systems and implementations for enhancements while partnering with Business Relations, Applications as well as Vendor/partner teams
- Design integration solutions and document the design in accordance with best practices
- Develop and maintain data integration components such as SQL queries, stored procedures, data extraction and cleansing, and integration with system front end components
- Write PL-SQL code to retrieve appropriate data as derived from requirements
- Build reports and/or data extracts to support business analysis
- Support development on resolving system defects, acting as liaison, and developing solutions
- Coordinate directly with business users to best understand and analyze business specifications
- Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors

**Project Management**
- Manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project and Process Management
- Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
- Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value
- Supporting stakeholders in planning sprint iterations
- Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing
- Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables
- Confer with project resources to identify and resolve problems
- Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project resources
- Direct or coordinate activities of project resources

**Project Governance**
- Mitigate the risk “blockers” related to product deliveries
- Ensure project governance processes and decisions are applied consistently
- Provide input to budgeting process per project portfolio
- Work closely with Heads of Business Units and other stakeholders to facilitate delivery and remove impediments
- Provide input into streamlining, adapting and standardizing new processes and artifacts across the organisation
- Drive high quality of all deliverables across complete life cycle
- Coordinate and facilitate project audits as needed
- Managing customer expectations for project deliverables
- Perform risk assessments to develop and measure response strategies, reporting, cost time quality delivery, and adherence to standards
- Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback

**Change Management**
- Collaborate with technical experts and business units to determine the best possible reporting mechanisms
- Be a liaison between Information Technology and internal business units
- Collaborate with technical staff to determine system specifications and requirements
- Counsel and advise users on system capabilities and processes
- Manage and coordinate all change activities within project

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Establish and execute a project communication plan
- Schedule and facilitate meetings related to projects
- Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans
- Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback
- Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials
- Identify the need for initial or supplemental project resources
- Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs

- Build a culture of respect and understanding across the organisation
