**Job description**:
Future Motor Lease is a fast paced car rental company specializing in the Rent to Buy Market. We are looking for a hard working Data Capturer / Administrator who will go the extra mile.

The Data Capturer will be responsible for the capturing of data from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing and management purposes.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Entering and updating information into relevant databases.
- Ensuring data is backed up.
- Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
- Scanning documents into electronic format or filing paper documents into storage systems
- Entering data into computer databases and maintaining records of stored files
- Processing insurance claims by entering data into an automated system
- Reviewing documents for accuracy and ensuring they are ready to be filed with the court or other authority
- Contacting clients to gather additional information
- Maintaining the security of confidential information by following data security procedures
- Reviewing documents for scanning errors such as smudges or lines, and rescanning them if necessary
- Reads the information and keys the data to the necessary fields.
- Responsible for storing and filing completed information and maintaining records of work tasks and completed documents.
- Performs many different administrative tasks such as word processing, filling out paperwork, and maintaining records and files
- Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.

**Minimum experience & Minimum requirements**:

- Matric certificate
- At least 5 years' experience in data capturing and administratorExcellent Computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interact with external institutions and customers
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Dress code smart, well presentable at all times and having a high level of hygiene.

Starting Salary - R6000.00 with attractable commission structure.

Working hours : Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5pm

**Salary**: R5,500.00 - R6,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Data Capturing/Administrator: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Drivers license (preferred)
