- Developing new business, including growing small to medium client base, with a focus on individual pizzerias, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and franchises- Geographical area includes the whole of Gauteng, Vaal Triangle, Rustenburg, Potch and Klerksdorp- Servicing customers and attending to their needs, including customer complaints and new product knowledge.- Assisting the accounts department with bad debts- Negotiating special contract deals with franchises- Facilitating after-sales care and service delivery, follow up to resolve any issues that arise- Sales analysis and implementing marketing strategies for maximum market targeting- Liaising with Tele-sales division to improve their product knowledge on products, implement market strategies and product development that goes hand in hand with sales- Coordinating logistics, routing and mapping of new customers for drivers- Training, assisting and guiding new telesales and newly appointed drivers- Processing export orders and documentation with regards to import permits and export certificates that need to be obtained from the Department of Agriculture- Cold calling on potential new customers-
- Quoting new and existing customer on their individual needs- Understand the customers' needs and requirements in order to advise them on the correct product- Managing your own time in order to maximise on your sales performance- Reporting on daily customer visits- Assisting telesales when they are short staffed- Assisting and doing deliveries when the drivers are short-staffed-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Matric- Proven track record of new business development, cold calling, and key account management- Previous external sales experience calling on restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, pizzerias and franchises or related- Well spoken, well presented- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, likeable personality- Good time management- Willing and able to travel- Stable work history**What Qualification**
