**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training-related research to enhance the current training content and carry out internal training needs analysis through consultations with managers and performance appraisals.
- Design training programs appropriate to the skills needed.
- Execute all training requirements in line with the CS strategy.
- Create and review training curriculum and assessments in line with knowledge gaps identified.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of training content throughout the training life cycle.
- Map out annual training plans and schedules.
- Identify appropriate technical and soft skill learning interventions through online assessments.
- Collaborate with Product Specialists and Product Development to ensure technical product training needs meet the CS strategy.
- Regular training intervention feedback through reporting and sessions to leaders, managers, and colleagues.
- Become the Subject Matter Expert for assigned products, including deep product knowledge and the domain business knowledge it supports.
- Ensure CS readiness in all products updates, new products launch and learning program changes.
- Ensure quality assurance is followed in all training activities.
- Responsible for managing learning environment processes, technology, and provisioning.

Must have: (5 or 6 Max)
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- B. Comm and or similar post graduate tertiary degree advantageous
- Be at the forefront of the latest training methodologies.
- Must have a Sage certification on Sage 300 People, Sage Premier and Sage Business Cloud Payroll professional, Sage Business Cloud Accounting, Sage Business Cloud Payroll, and experience on the various products.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, eLearning, and virtual learning technologies
- Must have exceptional communication and organisational skills, demonstrate initiative, and work well in a team-based environment
- Operational and relational knowledge: Must be able to listen, trust, form relationships, observe, identify, and report.
- Must be flexible to deal with different types of relationships and behaviours
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage own time in a deadline-driven environment.
