**To become a Sales Team Leader, you need to have;**
- Matric/Grade 12 essential.
- FAIS Accreditation is mandatory,
- RE Certification is advantageous,
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on the financial or insurance sector.
- Minimum 3-5 experience in supervising a team of 10+ Sales Advisors to meet and exceed new business targets.
- Minimum 1 year of In-Field Sales experience,
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is essential,
- Must be tech-savvy and computer literate.
- You need to be able to speak English, the ability to speak more than 1 South African language would be advantageous

**As a Sales Team Leader you must;**
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive team performance.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that celebrates success and continuous improvement. Skilled in the art of persuasion and able to effectively communicate the purpose and benefits of our products.
- Express a customer-focused mindset and be skilled at building genuine rapport through effective communication.
- Be passionate about sales, hungry for success and ready to make a difference.
- Set appointments, handle pressure and must have a high level of resilience.
