We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Manager to join our team. The Commercial Manager will play a key role in overseeing the commercial aspects of construction projects.

**Skills/Experience/Education**:

- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- 10 years+ post graduate experience with the Construction Industry
- CCS Experience
- Buildsmart System Experience
- FIDIC
- Microsoft Office
- Experience in working with large corporate entities

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure favourable terms and compliance with project specifications and legal requirements
- Overseeing contract execution, ensuring all parties adhere to agreed terms, and managing changes and variations in the contract scope
- Monitoring project expenses, managing cost overruns to keep the project within budget
- Producing regular financial reports for senior management, highlighting key financial indicators and potential risks
- Managing and resolving claims or disputes with client, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring favourable outcomes for the project
