Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join RMBMS Research Sales team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of investment insight and client engagement, helping institutional investors navigate complex markets with clarity and confidence.- Are you someone who has an interest / experience in:

- Act as a strategic liaison between our research analysts and institutional clients, delivering timely insights and actionable ideas
- Engage closely with the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team to align research distribution with deal activity, investor targeting, and capital raising initiatives
- Drive client engagement through regular calls, meetings, and bespoke content distribution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor research output to client needs
- Monitor client activity and feedback to refine coverage and deepen relationships
- Contribute to vote capture and client ranking initiatives by tracking interactions and value delivery
- Support the team in preparing for corporate access events, roadshows, and conferences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (CFA or progress toward it is a plus)
- 5 plus years of experience in equity research, sales, or client-facing financial services
- Strong understanding of capital markets and institutional investor workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a plus — especially the ability to build and use macros in Excel
