We’re excited to offer an opportunity to join **One Janitorial** as a **Sales Cold Caller / Appointment Setter**— a full-time, work-from-home position with consistent hours, a supportive team, and strong earning potential.

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **150+ outbound calls daily**:

- Book **at least 4 qualified appointments per week**

**Compensation**
- **Base Pay**: CAD $700 per month
- **Commissions**: $250 - $750 monthly (performance-based)

**Requirements**:

- At least **1 year experience** doing **B2B Cold Calling/Appointment Setting**:

- Fluent in **English** (written and spoken — minimum 9/10)
- Computer with at least **4GB RAM**:

- High-quality **webcam and microphone headset**:

- Stable, high-speed internet (check via Google “internet speed test”)
- Quiet, **distraction-free home workspace**:

- Availability**:Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM MDT**:

- High energy, self-motivated, and strong communication skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to **hitting daily goals**:

- Familiarity with **Google Suite** (Drive, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) is an asset
