**The Role**

You will work as both a project manager and a key contributor to projects that help client organizations enable business strategies and improve how they attract, retain and engage talent. This will include, but not be limited to, the following:

- Sell, develop and implement solutions including talent acquisition, talent analytics, career architecture, competency management, organizational design, performance management, leader succession and development, workforce wellbeing and employee engagement.
- Taking EX insights gathered through our work and supporting other project managers and sellers across the broader Talent business in integrating these into their client work across the employee experience spectrum.
- Supporting the delivery of insights software administration projects (pulse, virtual focus groups and other) by developing relationships with clients, suppliers and project team members to coordinate the logistics of the day to day running of their projects. This will include understanding organisational hierarchies/matrix structures and helping set-up surveys and reporting structures that align to each unique organisation.
- Support for design and set-up of employee perception questionnaires, support for translations, printing / on-line set-up, distribution and return of questionnaire materials will also be required.
- Provide actionable insights on improving employee engagement, shaping a high-performance culture and achieving optimal returns on talent and program investments
- Contribute to new business development by drafting statements of work, project plans and budgets involving multiple workflow streams and client teams
- Demonstrate effective sales behaviours, including team collaboration, creativity, compelling RFP writing, persistent follow-up, sound judgment in scoping/pricing, and focusing on closing the deal
- Deliver profitable revenue to the business through individual sales and billable hours goals

**The requirements**
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in for example (but not limited to) business administration, HR, psychology etc.
- +4 years in management consulting experience
- You are extremely curious about what makes people tick and you are eager to help them thrive in their job and organization.
- You are good impacting and influencing to convince people with ideas and good practices and you have strong abilities in sales
- You are good at building relationships, both internally and externally.
- You deliver top quality, you are proactive and flexible and you show a can do mentality. You are enthusiastic, a team player, creative and able to think out of the box.
- Your English is sophisticated; additional language skills will be a plus.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with clients from the beginning.
- You have availability to work remotely and client based; you enjoy travelling for work
