**Purpose of the Job**:
**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric
- Experience in working in a Training Centre
- Experience in working with people with disabilities.
- Knowledge of how a Learnership works.
- Call Centre experience advantageous

**Responsibilities**:

- Excellent communication skills, communicate with all learners each and every month to find out their needs.
- Assist learners with areas in learnership that they may be experiencing difficulties.
- Assist learners with development opportunities.
- Provide monthly reporting of each learner and details meetings
- Learner development and training.
- Help plan and prepare for verification process.
- Collect all assessment and close out reports scan and save a copy on the shared drive.
- Ability to identify problems and be able to assist in resolving it.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to provide constructive feedback and ability to interact well with staff and management.
- Well-developed organizational and time management skills
- Work well independently and in a team environment.
- Higher level of attention to details
- Use and incorporate the principles of adult learning.
- Build relationships and be available at all times to assist learners.
- Constant follow ups with learners and work process.
- Maintain confidentiality of the information shared by their mentee.
- Meet with each learner at least once a week.
- Client facing - Be able to assist clients within campaigns

**Competencies Required**
- Computer literate especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated
- Peoples Person
- Energetic and vibrant, Enthusiastic

**Salary; Incentives & Commissions**:To be discussed

**Working Hours**:

- Mon to Fri - 07.30am to 04.00pm - overtime required as per operational needs.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
