**Minimum Requirements**:

- Passionate about the food and coffee industry.
- Have a reasonable understanding of making espresso-based coffee.
- Adaptable to a changing environment.
- Energetic and friendly while able to provide impeccable customer service.
- Confident communicator who is able to remain calm under pressure.
- Self-motivated and efficient in time management.
- Ability to work both within a team and independently.
- Good at mathematics for serving purposes.
- Accurately work card machines and Point of Sale devices.
- Excellent all-rounder as part of the catering team.
- Flexibility to working weekends and possibility of working after hours.
- Willing to act as a co-Tutor as part of the schools Vertical Tutoring System.

**Experience**:

- Customer service in the Food Industry: 3+ years (required)
- Coffee preparation and service: 2+ years (required)

Certification:

- A Driver's licence would be an advantage.

**Language**:

- English to a high standard (required)
