**Job description**
Site managers are responsible for supervising construction sites, running construction projects independently and arrange site daily work. Report to Construction Manager and Director.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- B.Sc. degree in Construction Management
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role and on a management level.
- Residential construction experience will be advantage.

**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
1. Site management
- Create construction progress daily report, maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Managing, monitoring, supervising site employee daily work and attendance registration, monitoring plant equipment daily check list and time sheets
- Assisting and monitoring site foremanimplementing ticket protocol sub-contractor payment system, make sure sub-contractor working ticket are singed timeously and accurately.
- Develop, implement and monitor all site procedures and procurement thereof
- Assist Construction Manager to develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress**. **Submit the weekly report by Wednesday to the Construction Manager.

- Co-ordination of all the services on the site, internal and external. RFI schedule to be maintained and submitted weekly to all the professionals.
- Carefully and adequately prepare site analysis, make sure water, electricity, sample of backfilling material and lab test are in place
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Sound knowledge of drawings/site instructions
- Responsible to do evaluation on subordinates regularly.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
2. Quality Control
- Ensure that project is delivered on-time and high quality, within scope and within budget
- Perform material quality control, reduce and minimize material losses
- Project quality control and make sure all kinds of professional requirements are met
- Ensure site are clean and tidy all the time
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, maximizing project efficiency. Familiar with drawing and plan, intelligent using site space, making sure site has been layout reasonably, safely, cost saving. Verify all bulk material quantity and description, make sure it meets drawing requirement.
- Quality of the product we give to our clients must be of an extremely high standard to ensure client satisfaction on occupation
3. Liaison with subcontractors, staff and professional team
- Ensure that nominated work requirements are done by sub-contractors.
- Ensure that staff adheres to designated functions as per project specifications.
- Ensure that staff activities are planned daily and communicated to staff.
- Liaison with professional on any changes in drawings / site instruction and ensure that subcontractors and staff adhere to the new instructions.
4. Programming
- Ensure that the drawings are received at the beginning of a project.
- Ensure that a program is drawn indicating a breakdown of activities that need to be done on the job, using MS Projects.
- Update the program weekly for the progress report.
- Ensure that a 6-week program is drawn up for the site staff and sub-contractors.
- Ensure that on site progress meets project plan requirements.
- Monitor the Procurement & Appointment schedule is updated by Site QS, Site Clerk & Procurement office every Monday.
5. Cost Control
- Monitor and verify material delivered on site, make sure quality and quantities of all the material delivered are correct
- Monitor that actual cost remains within budget and the allowable.
- Ensure that materials are ordered as and when required.
- Monitor and implement material issue procedure and make sure subcontractors use materials efficiently and effectively to minimize wastage.
- Managing site wisely and find ways to save money on site.
6. Claims:
- Ensure that invoices are received fortnightly and the amount claimed matche
