Development of Net Sales with the assigned Distributors. Drive all WC customers to the Online Buying Experience (FOX) as well as increasing online customer lifetime value base to enhance efficiency. At all times be prepared to enhance and promote the image of to all customers, internal and external and, across all departments within the organisation. 2. OBSE To develop and manage the relationship between and designated Accounts in order to maximise and secure the profitable sale of products and services so as to achieve or exceed sales targets in line with the Company’s plans. - Actively drive strategic business development in area of defined responsibility.
- Achieve defined business KPI’s.
- Perform active engagement with all internal resources, suppliers and customers to achieve or exceed all business objectives.
- Be available to support all company personnel with specific skill set or area of competence according to requirements necessary to maximise customer value.
- Training and Education of the Distributor with the target for them to become self-sustaining (incl. participation of Distributors at trainings).
- Gives support to the region with training and coaching needs of distributors.
- Ensure readiness for multichannel approach through distribution partners.
- Improvement in Data Quality on served accounts and DSI (Distribution Sales Information) Data.
- Increase usage of FOX and support tools by distributor in order to reduce usage of resources.
- Promote usage of FOX to the entire CT customer base.
- Pro-actively identify “business opportunities” to find added value for distribution partner of ZA.
- Actively seek to appoint appropriate distribution partners within your specific field of responsibility and support existing Distribution partners, where applicable, in order to drive the omni channel strategy.
- Ensure coverage of ZA cluster for customer convenience through distribution partners.
- Position the value and benefits of the omni channel strategy with all customers.
- Enhance the value of customer interaction through full utilisation of sales aids such as systainers, Eduvan and Expotainer.
- Be available for technical support to staff as well as customers when required.
- Leverage competence of other BU/IS specialists and managers in team selling activities to maximise customer value.
- Conduct all sales and service activities according to prescribed pricing and discount structures.
- Be a registered and contributing member of professional institutions aligned with area of responsibility.
- Attend sales meeting and actively contribute to the meeting discussions.
- Attend and or run internal training sessions as and when required for colleagues and customers, to ensure appropriate technical and process competence.
- Actively ensure own competency levels are maintained and aligned with corporate expectations.
- Personally, perform all required sales and market interaction activities.
- Perform active engagement with all internal resources, suppliers and customers to achieve or exceed all business objectives.

- Compile and submit all required reports accurately and timeously.
- Keep and supply accurate and up to date statistics regarding all customer interaction.
- Monitor track and report on market purchasing trends and developments and all competitor activities in these regards.
