**Job Description**:
The Claims Supply Chain Function (CSC) at OUTsurance requires a specialist to assume operational responsibility for all Supplier Market Engagement and Communications (SMEC). The OUTsurance CSC team aims to ensure it communicates professionally and warmly with all its partners to ensure all parties are aware of their respective roles in executing our promise of AWEsome customer service. Leveraging effective communication through an annual roadshow, regular correspondence, and online content is key to achieving success in our partnerships.

**Areas of responsibility**:
- Implementation of OUTsurance Supplier Market Engagement and Communications (SMEC) Strategy and SMEC Policy in consultation with HOD
- Develop the annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly SMEC execution calendar in-line with pre-approved initiatives
- Support long, medium, and short-term budgeting for all SMEC initiatives
- Implement all SMEC initiatives and report on outcomes for each initiative
- Specify and oversee the development of all required surveys and MIS to track supplier progress across all SMEC KPAs and KPIs
- Gather Learnings and Insights for SPEC
- Planning and implementing projects and events nominated by EXCO, CESCO, Transformation Forum, CSC Leadership that fit within core pillars within SMEC strategy
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles and strategies and keep up to date with relevant developments
- Insight on current SMEC trends to help in time and achieve the highest impact
- Identify the organization’s requirements and expectations for each project
- Designing, Planning and Implementing project status meetings monthly and quarterly for the CSC Leadership Team
- Work closely with Actuarial, Marketing, Claims, Assessing, CLT, Finance and Transformation functions for relevant support to achieve project outcomes
- Create new campaigns for ad-hoc SMEC projects to improve supply chain engagement
- Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives
- Co-ordinate the sourcing of appropriate and cost-effective promotional and branding material regarding SMEC initiatives
- Comfortable in front of the camera
- Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are in place for all SMEC projects and liaise with various stakeholders
- Establish and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
**Regular Duties**:
- Adhoc, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual publications to OUT CSC through the following channels:
- Braze
- Solid Jobs
- OUTsurance Website
- Social Media (LinkedIn, Youtube etc)
- Service Provider Web System
- Online Surveys
- MS SharePoint
- Proofreading and copyrighting of all official CSC communication
- Design and management of OUT Supplier Website and Portal
- Focus group planning for CSC project pilots
- Annual Roadshow Event Planning and Execution
- Monthly, Quarterly Communications Tracking to Execution Reporting
- Co-ordinate and solicit input from OUTsurance Claims Leadership to ensure Claims Service and Cost control objectives are clearly communicated
**Qualifications**:
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, internal communications, and/or copyrighting is essential.
**Experience**:
- 2-3 years of experience essential
