Digital Campaign Manager: PPC

**Main purpose of the job**
Developing and executing short and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline. Responsible for the marketing budget, determining the optimal marketing mix, and prioritize spending to maximize qualified leads.
**Key Performance Area**
**Lead Generation and Digital Campaign Management**
- Developing and executing short
- and long-term multi-channel campaigns, including but not limited to Facebook, Google Ads, Tik Tok, Instagram and other programmatic platforms, to drive leads and the sales pipeline
- Execute A/B testing strategies and ensure execution across all channels
- Monitoring and optimising campaigns and programs
- Knowing the company’s brand and products inside and out
- Assisting in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle
- Identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
- Assuring buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholders
- Management of monthly campaign spend
- Measuring and analyzing campaign and marketing success
- Generate a lead mix of more than 60% quality leads (across digital platforms, lead providers, and above the line) to make up daily and monthly targets given by Operations Director and align with budgets.
- Monitor and watch insight on Landing pages, website and journeys to always do improvements and tweaks on a monthly basis in order to optimize UX and lead conversion
- Daily monitor and tweak social and google platforms in order to manage budgets and maximise lead generation for a lower cost more quality lead
- Ensure the business is always ahead and up to date with new tech and digital platforms available to help improve budget and lead spend to generate leads and to build brand
- Update monthly lead spend within the set budget, whilst ensuring you are always informed of what the budget is
- Manage and engage with Brand Ambassadors bi-monthly - sharing current and future events, ensuring they are always reminded of the USPs of Oneplan to share on social and to ensure the relationship is well
- maintained and trust is built.
**Reporting**
- Provide weekly reports on lead conversions and optimise the campaigns accordingly for the next week
- Provide weekly reporting on above the line campaign performance, to give feedback on what is working better and what is not heading the outcome the business requires for the spend
- Track, analyze, and report on the impact of all activities.

- Lead Budget
- Weekly Lead Spend
- Marketing and lead change tracking sheet
- Website and IP journey
- UX and Design tracking sheet
**Support delivery of Project and Event Coordination**
- Execute activation campaigns, collation, communication, and management
- Manage events and related advertising, e.g. Muddy Puppy Event.
- Assist General Manager on new projects and business acquisitions
- Actively identify marketing and promotion opportunities.
- Assist with aspects of production, receipt, and distribution of marketing material.
- Maintain and execute against project timelines and priorities
- Work with our graphic designer to develop promotional materials
**Marketing and Brand Activities**
- Ensure all brand and marketing material aligns with business CI, is correct, and kept up to date and stock is available across all platforms
- Engage with internal departments and provide support for initiatives requiring marketing, design, event and promotions or support to facilitate same when requested.
- Ensure the brand and associated brands uphold the integrity and values of the organisation, whilst ensuring all activities align to our strategic objectives and its success.
- Reviewing each piece of content to ensure that it conveys the right message and tone.
- Continuously check and test product and plan information after changes are implemented
- Ensure corrections and updates are accurately and timeously actioned
- Manage and create internal communications calendar
- Any other duties that may be requested by the company or Exco Management
