Compliance Evaluator’s

A Compliance Evaluator in a financial services environment plays a critical role in ensuring that customer interactions meet regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
2. Monitor adherence to scripts and guidelines: Verify that agents follow approved scripts, guidelines, and procedures.
3. Identify areas for improvement: Analyze interactions to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in agent performance, processes, or procedures.
4. Provide feedback and coaching: Offer constructive feedback and coaching to agents to improve their performance and compliance.
5. Maintain accurate records: Document evaluation results, provide feedback, and track agent performance.
**Requirements**:
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex information, identify issues, and develop solutions.
2. Excellent communication skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to provide feedback and coaching.
3. Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Knowledge of regulatory requirements: Familiarity with relevant financial services regulations, such as FAIS, FICA, or other applicable laws.
5. Experience in quality monitoring or compliance: Previous experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous.
**Skills**:
1. Quality monitoring tools: Familiarity with quality monitoring software and tools.
2. Analytical software: Ability to use analytical software to track and report on compliance metrics.
3. Time management: Ability to manage time effectively to meet evaluation targets and deadlines.
By performing these responsibilities, a Compliance Evaluator plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and compliance of a financial services call center.
