Locum Industrial Psychologist

**INDUSTRIAL PSYCHOLOGIST**

The organisation is seeking an Industrial Psychologist that has immaculate attention to detail and can work in a high-pressured environment. Set individual should be client orientated, focused, compassionate, and diversity sensitive. The Industrial Psychologist would be required to verify all information, make decisions, take initiative, have analytical skills and the ability to differentiate between related and unrelated linked information. The Industrial Psychologist would liaise with the office manager and directing manager within the organisation to improve operations and overall organisation.

**Requirements**:

- Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
- Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology
- Registered with the HPCSA as an Industrial Psychologist
- At least 2 years experience in Medico-Legal work
- Office Administration and Office Management experience
- Liaising with clients

- Conducting assessments
- Completing the pre
- assessment / biographical form correctly
- Read and differentiate between related information and supporting information
- Experience in Medico Legal report writing is compulsory
- Court attendance
- Compiling joint minutes
- Liaising with relevant experts
- Dealing with attorney complaints
- Report reviewing
- Liaising with admin team and providing updates accordingly
- Strong report writing stills
- Ability to work independently
- Interviewing individuals and then draft reports pertaining to 3rd party claimants from the Road Accident Fund
