Our client is looking for an Appointment Setter/Lead Generator (Remote) to make phone calls to potential customers to schedule appointments for their Sales Team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Making phone calls to potential customers to schedule appointments for the Sales Team
- Assist in the sourcing and qualifying of Leads
- Arranging appointments, qualifying appointments
- Establish and maintain a client database
- Keep accurate records of your own activities
- Provide reporting to Management
- Keeping a detailed log/record of your contacts, including those who were not interested.
- Handle inquiries from clients

**Requirements**:

- At least six months Lead generation/appointment setting/Call Centre experience
- Own Laptop/Desktop
- Access to internet
- Own smartphone
- Fluent in English and other Vernacular languages.
- Have a professional telephone etiquette
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with targets and deliver results
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
