**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Project Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the central point of contact for our Shopify e-commerce projects, ensuring seamless communication, efficient workflow, and timely delivery of high-quality solutions. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Lifecycle Management**: Coordinate all phases of Shopify e-commerce projects, from initial client brief and discovery to development, testing, launch, and post-launch support.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations with professionalism and a strong customer service focus.
- **Detailed Documentation**: Maintain meticulous project documentation, including project plans, scope of work, & timelines. Ensure all details are accurately communicated.
- **Team Collaboration**: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams (devs, marketing, sales & decision makers) and external stakeholders.
- **Resource Allocation**: Assist in the allocation of resources and scheduling of tasks to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
- **Timeline & Budget Management**: Monitor project progress against timelines and, proactively identifying potential risks and issues, and escalating as necessary.
- **Process Improvement**: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Matric
- A demonstrable **aptitude for customer relations** and project management.
- **Exceptional organizational skills** with a keen eye for detail.
- **Strong written and verbal communication skills** with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- **Proven customer service orientation** with the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively.
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets is a must.
- **Ability to multitask and prioritize** in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- **Proactive and self-motivated** with a strong work ethic.
- **Calm demeanour**under pressure.

**Bonus Points (Nice to Have)**:

- Experience with ecommerce platforms.
- Basic understanding of web development concepts (HTML, CSS).
