**How you'll role**

As the Group Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships and driving business growth. You will serve as the most senior point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Your strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and ability to navigate complex situations will contribute to client satisfaction and the achievement of company goals. You will manage three Account Managers and therefore are responsible for the oversight of all work and outputs ensuring efficient & smooth delivery of client deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.

**What you'll do**
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with senior clients, becoming a trusted advisor and understanding their goals and challenges, providing solutions and ensuring accountability and success across all clients
- Maintain regular senior client communication to proactively identify challenges and potential issues in client accounts, provide updates, address concerns and inquiries, and provide solutions
- Act as the bridge between senior clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and project execution, driven by the Account Managers
- Support FD & MD in contract negotiations and discussions on pricing, terms, and renewals
- Develop comprehensive client plans in collaboration with clients, aligning their objectives with relevant products/services
- Identify growth opportunities and tailor strategies to meet evolving client needs
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data to provide insights and recommendations
- Management of your team day to day deliverables against client expectations
- Management of accurate reporting of client revenue and costs
- Support of the agency growth plan
- Develop creative solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely problem resolution
- Present compelling business cases that demonstrate the value of the company’s offerings to clients

**What you'll need**
- 6-8 years of experience in an Account Director role
- Experience in both traditional and digital media
- Excellent financial management to own client budgets and forecasting with the MD and FD
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills and the ability to seamlessly adapt in order to communicate effectively with those around you, including our most senior clients
- The ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships - internally with your team and colleagues, and externally with the clients, media owners, partner agencies, and the industry at large
- The ability to persuasively articulate strategy, rationale, and ideas
- The ability to negotiate and filter relevant information
- The ability to manage a team of 3 people and work in a team environment and deal with a diverse range of personalities - driving accountability
