**Entity and activity description**
The Technician Rotating Equipment within the ALLISA organisation provides technical support to production and maintenance managers, engineers and foremen with respect to information gathering, data accumulation, basic processing and reporting.
**Missions and Responsibilities**
- Perform tasks in accordance with basic Engineering principles and conduct basic plant troubleshooting
- Participate in failure/root cause analysis and recommend basic suggestions for improvement
- Responsible for information gathering, data accumulation, basic processing of information and reporting to Line Managers and First Line Supervisors
- Maintain reliability, integrity and availability of plant equipment
- Ensure effective and efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate and provide support in small project implementation and management
- Align to the ALLISA Safety and Health strategy to achieve zero harm, notify and take action to mitigate risks identified** **during project planning and execution

**Competencies and Profile**
- National Diploma in Engineering Mechanical
- B.Tech in Engineering preferably

**Experience**
- 3 year practical experience in an operational environment

**Knowledge and Know-how specific to the job**
- Must have knowledge and understanding of the Engineering discipline principles and design
- Must have a strong knowledge and understanding of Engineering drawings interpretation
- Must have knowledge and understanding of Project Management
- Must have knowledge and understanding of SAP, CMMS and the Google suite of products
