**Technical Fleet Manager**

Reporting into the Operations Director you will be responsible for ensuring the Company’s operational to meet with the agreed business objectives.

**Key Performance areas Responsibilities**:

- Implement planned maintenance, development procedures and standards in accordance with legislative requirements, internal policies, and procedures to ensure smooth operation of the Fleet Liaising with clients, crew and local stakeholders.
- Reduce costs and improve reliability of fleet Improve operating efficiencies and reduce breakdowns Logistics of activities during off-season is well planned and effective in conjunction with fleet maintenance team.
- Responsible for ensuring that the documentation and filing system is in accordance with the company’s Code Monitor.
- Manage and report technical operations and performance of assigned technicians, in conjunction with the on-board management, to ensure that applicable requirements for safety, quality, energy efficiency and environmental objectives are met.
- Conducting Company Quality/Health and Safety and Environmental Audits Identify and initiate plant capital expenditure in line with company policies and procedures.
- Management, discipline and developing of fleet maintenance, workshop, safety and net personnel.

Qualifications and experience relevant, studying towards BSc or BTech Degree in Logistics and/or Transport 5 to 10 years’ experience fleet technical operation would be advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
