**Basic Minimum Requirements**: Matric

**Tertiary Qualifications**: Added Advantage - Higher certificate or diploma in office administration

**Additional Computer Skills**:

- MS Office Suite - Intermediate Level
- E-Mail and Internet practicality
- VFT / TMS Systems (Advantage)

**Job Related Requirements**:

- Fluent in English with good communications skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- 2 years previous experience in a Data Capture role
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to work overtime and on Saturdays and Sundays if required to do so
- A strong ability to multi-task, address and resolve issues
- Reliable transport
- Analytical Thinking
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer literate

**Added Advantage**:
Previous experience working with TMS software and / or working in an administrative function within a warehousing / logistics / transport industry.

**Job Specification**:
Accurate data administration to ensure POD, billing and data tracking is updated and maintained.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- General administrative duties
- Creation of LTA’s for loads executed on VFT
- Administrative query resolution
- Waybill capturing and scanning
- Document batching and filing
- Assist with staff time sheet capturing
- POD scanning and uploading
- Handling and resolving POD queries
- Liasing with customers if and when required
- Ensuring POD and waybill accuracy received
- Capturing of data into electronic systems used by business unit
- Recording of meeting minutes and adgendas
- Assist with QSHE related tasks and admin
- Ensuring Driver data is kept accurate and up to date on VFT
