Ensure you peruse, understand and comply with all regulatory functions as per the Gambling Board Rules, Regulations, Company’s HR policy and Internal Controls.
- Ensure the cost to pay is signed off by all site operators and added to their loan accounts.
- Maintain a spreadsheet with all amounts disbursed for and on behalf of the site operator and forward to finance department by the last day of each month.
- Ensure that all Sales officers call a minimum of 6 sites per day and must sign up a minimum of 1 site operator agreement per week or 4 per month and bring in all source documents per week for the respective sites.
- Get the clients financials if he/she does not have one then get an accountant to prepare a set of financials, get assistance from the Finance Officer. 10. Ensure the client has a valid liquor license in his/her name. If not, assist in obtaining a valid liquor licence on condition the Route and Site operator agreement and all other required Egoli Gaming documentation is signed.
- Prepare all Gazette and newspaper advertisements and reserve column space two weeks prior to publishing date.
- Employee is responsible to collect outstanding documentation within his/her responsibilities and work on all files being prepared for submission in the current and outstanding information for the respective batch.
- Follow up with the licencing administrator to ensure that the ITC and finger prints are done.
- Verify data on the server “Egoli Gaming Gauteng Site Status Report” all work completed daily and update the comments section when work is done.
- Maintain site updates on a spread sheet on a weekly basis for all sites visited and provide the information to the General Manager to be captured on the Sales status report.
- Meetings with Sales Reps and management each Friday of the week to deal with new sites and outstanding documents.
- Ensure letters are sent to all site operator applicants for outstanding documents.
- Verify that appropriate applicant Board was obtained for tax clearance certificates.
- Reports by the Sales Officers of site visits must be verified each Friday of the week and a detailed report sent to the GM.
- Follow up and respond to all queries with the Gambling Board and Site Operators
- Ensure attendance with all Site Operators for all Public Hearings held by the Gambling Board
- Ensure request for payments for submission is made seven days before date of submission and copy the Operations Director for approval.
- Oversee the performance of all sales officers.
- Use of personal vehicles (Fleet Card) - You must ensure you submit a monthly tracker report. If one is not installed, one shall be installed by the company. A travel log, to be completed for business purposes only and petrol slips to be submitted no later than the 25th of each month.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager/National Manager/Operations Director.

Qualifications & Experience:

- National Senior Certificate
- Formal Related Qualification-Certification or Diploma
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent Microsoft suite (word, excel etc.) skills
