We’re looking for a **Personal Assistant / Lead Generator** to support our dynamic team of property brokers operating in the Sea Point area.

In this role, you’ll assist with the day-to-day administration, client communication, and lead generation (cold-calling) tasks that keep our team running smoothly.

**What you’ll do**:

- Provide administrative support to the team of brokers
- Manage schedules, calls, and follow-ups
- Generate and qualify leads through online research and calls
- Assist with client communication and database management
- Help coordinate property listings and marketing activities

**What we’re looking for**:

- Organised and proactive individual with great communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable with phone calls and client interaction
- Previous admin or real estate experience beneficial, but not required
- Someone who is ambitious and hungry for success
