**The Regional Visual Manager’s main duties include**:

- Be capable of leading, directing and managing a team
- Innovative, creative and fashionable
- Fast, flexible and thrive on change and new challenges
- Manage the VM standards and ensure world-class execution through a team
- Coach, guide and lead the field VM’s and Ops teams
- Communicate housing and seasonal trend guidelines
- Implement measures and processes to manage VM standards
- Deliver a great Customer Experience aligned to the Markham Brand values
- Manage Visual display assets & Expenses for your Region
- Be a quick decision maker, thinking on your feet
- Be a great team player, but also be able to work independently
- Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to delegate tasks
- Have great communication skills and ability to present to groups

**To be considered for this role you would need**:

- A Matric / Grade 12 qualification
- Minimum 2 years Field Visual merchandise experience (essential)
- 3 years Visual Management experience (essential)
- Fashion retail experience
- Computer literacy in Outlook and Microsoft office
- Excellent planning skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- The ability to persuade and influence
- Sound business acumen
- Qualification in Fashion/ Retail Management/ Business (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s license
